    <description>After numerous sales calls from .BT re infinity I switched last week.what a disaster!&lt;BR /&gt;Ever since I have little .ir no connectivity. That which I do have is only via the&lt;BR /&gt;Wife side of the router. No gigs part connection. Router not let my mac anti the net and I'm already on router number2.&lt;BR /&gt;My business is suffering .BT ever since you switched me over please send someone to help and stop playing remote diagnostics on my line as you''ve installed infinity to my property that clearly is unfit for purpose!&lt;BR /&gt;Dave</description>
