Port forward does not work to exchange through BT HUB3

Hi,

I am trying to setup port forward to my exchange server from the new BT HUB I have just been sent and it does not work, I can see the remote work space internally but not externall, from reading forums something to do with loopback ?

Does anybody know how to solve this issue or a work around?

I haven't tried doing it external, but have been checking a lot of information regarding it, but can't find the right instruction. I hope someone can add it here.
