Wireless Printers keep disconnecting from the wireless network

I have just installed BT Broadband on a business line and we have 2 printers connected to the network wirelessly

One is a HP Colour Laserjet and the other is a HP Multifunction Inkjet, both of which are less than a year old.

They connect fine using WPS, but cant seem to hold onto the wireless signals.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Do they both lose the wireless signal at the same time? If they do then you might consider changing the wireless channel, as it could be external interference.

You can check the range here too. For testing purposes, try placing the printers next to the router and see if it makes a difference.

Also try channels 1, 6 and 11 and see which one is better.

In this case you can add a extra access point for better signal.
