Infinity Router keeps rebooting.

Hi All,

my infinity router keeps rebooting itself. i am not on my eigth router and i am still having the same problem.

any ideas? would it be possible that the modem could cause it to reboot if it was faulty as i can't imagine all 8 are faulty.

Have you changed the PSU each time?

I believe so. an engineer attended and did the swapout

the psu wasn't changed on every router swap, but it has been changed on some of them. and still the same problem, th erouter keeps rebooting itself.

Hi,

Right the next option is your electrical set up. Try the following:

- If it's on an extension cable, put it directly into a socket.

- If it's in a socket, try it in several others.

- If you've tried it in several others then try it somewhere else, e.g. at home.

If it works in another socket then you have a small problem. If it only works in another premises then you have a big problem.
