&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What you need is the Customer Options Team.&amp;nbsp; If you call the 0845 600 7020 and say 'business cancel' that should get you to them, assuming you get the voice menu.&amp;nbsp; If it's a normal menu then you're just looking for the cancellation option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With 14 months left then it's likely you'd be held to term and would have to pay the remainder, but they would look at that and tell you for sure.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My business need has changed since getting bt business broadband Nov 2011.&amp;nbsp; I no longer need this service, therefore need to cancel it mid September.&amp;nbsp; What are the cancellation charges? I will have 14 months left on my minimum term.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You really need to address this to the sales or billing team.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; But it will not be cheap - however there are some OFCOM guidleines which BT will follow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
