Port Forwarding on BT2700HGV Business Hub

Is anyone able to advise, how I can apply Port Forwarding rules, when the internal device on the LAN does not show up in the modems "Local network devices", so I cannot select it in the drop down box?

Not a huge expert on this but I did a quick search on bt.com and found this:
