Changing the DNS on BT Business Hub 3.

I KNOW I MAY SOUND A BIT THICK. But on the instructions I cannot find anyway to change the DNS settings. I want to change them to OpenDNS, but Im at a loss with the new firmware. Can someone please provide instructions.

Hi Unless there has been a firmware upgrade since I last looked about 4 weeks ago there was as far as I could find no way to manually put the DNS settings in the BH3.

I wanted to do the same as I needed content screening which is also excluded from the BH3 menu, I changed the BH3 for a 2701HGV-C in this hub there is that option & it has content screening

I have spoken to Bt about this as there is not the option in my Hub 3 either. They say there is a firmware upgrade due.

This upgrade has not hit my hub yet.

Hi there,

Yes there is no manual option to add manual dns on the hub 3. Unfortunately there has not been a planned date for the next firmware release as of yet. Until then the only option is to specify these on a PC or use the 2701.
