    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you turn off power to the modem before power was disconnected?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If not there is the possibility that the system could have detected "problems" and dropped the speed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Wait a day,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; then turn the modem off, wait a few minutes and turn back on.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Repeat every 24 hours and monitor the results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>First 10 days power cut</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is seven days since I got infinity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been getting a download speed of 37 on every test until today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested this morning and got 37 then the power had to be disconnected while the eon fitted a new electricity meter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The electric was off for just 45 minutes but all tests now give 31&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am I now stuck with the slower speed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help MHC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That worked a treat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only had to do it twice and back to where it was&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
