First 10 days power cut

It is seven days since I got infinity.

I have been getting a download speed of 37 on every test until today.

I tested this morning and got 37 then the power had to be disconnected while the eon fitted a new electricity meter.

The electric was off for just 45 minutes but all tests now give 31

Am I now stuck with the slower speed?

Did you turn off power to the modem before power was disconnected? If not there is the possibility that the system could have detected "problems" and dropped the speed. Wait a day, then turn the modem off, wait a few minutes and turn back on. Repeat every 24 hours and monitor the results.

Only had to do it twice and back to where it was
