    <description>&lt;P&gt;F.A.O: BT TOP Managment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;=================&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are unfortunately a business which switched form previous supplier to BT when we moved our office last month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were given all sorts of assurances and promises were made just to get the order.Once its ordered ,all started falling down like a bunch of cards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were promised for our BT line and broadband installed within 7 working days,took 3 weeks.When we called to enquire,we were told nothing they can do about it so we had no choice but to wait.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we were given date of installation on 10th Oct 2012,with no time frame at all and the engineer calls on the early morning of 10th around 8:25 to say he is at premises.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the call I did tell the engineer that I am out but there is some1 in the office but he surprisingly prefferred to wait.My instincts were that he is going to mess around so I called my colleagues to go down and ask the ENGINEER to come in the office and start installing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not to our surprise,he left without even notifying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the past 3 days we are calling every single dept but no one seems to be helping out here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are a business and loosing now everyday almost £1000 a day.Our staff comes but cant work as no telephone line,no broadband,cant advertise our new no on website,cant do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new date we are given is 3rd Oct and they expect a running business to wait until then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are starting a legal proceeding against them now and I require some1 form the managment to call me back to discuss the options and start talking responsibilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Order No is : VML 217LN&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;email : livingtrendsltd@gmail.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shah&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Managing Director&lt;/P&gt;</description>
