I've been told today that I need to wait another 2 to 3 weeks! This isn't exactly good service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I pointed out that it is mentioned at the above links which includes a link to these forums.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to escalate this somehow as we basically have an unusable connection at times. Any help anywhere would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In general I find that BT tech support guys are superb but in this instance I get the feeing BT have sent directives not to admit this problem exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards to all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
