      <title>Issuses with IP Profile Resetting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Folks,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My Business Broadband spped has taken a nose dive, from just over 7Mbps second down to well under 2 Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I run a company with 4 office staff, the capped 2Mbps speed is affecting our services.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i have provided information with regards to download speed to technical via email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Line was reset last week, the cap is still in place.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have just taken out a new 2 year contract with Bt Business Broadband, and have now used the new login and password details. BOS &amp;lt;removed bt moderator&amp;gt; is my order number&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The 2Mbps Cap is still there, maybe the Fixed IP address needs the reset ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;COuld someone please look into this and to provide me with a solution please.&lt;/P&gt;
