      <title>24 Hour Helpline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to the&amp;nbsp; helpline on the 19th October and was told to change the filter and plug everything in to the test socket which i have done.&amp;nbsp; I was then told to ring back when the problem was occuring which is in the evening usually between 6 - 8 pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried on numerous occassions and for an hour last night and it is constantly engaged.&amp;nbsp; we could not go onto the repair centre as we had 0.01 connection speed at about 7.00 pm which i managed to get on my ipad but could not use internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know this is a busy period but this is a business line with business internet and i do not feel that i am getting an acceptable service from you.&amp;nbsp; There is no point in me phoning during the day as it needs to be checked in the evening so I am stuck as can never get through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What&amp;nbsp;am I supposed to do??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
