I was promised free upgrade to 80/20

During signup I was told that when the 80/20 facility became available that I would offered the upgrade for free. Not only have I not been offered the upgrade but it is also not available anywhere on any of the websites. Even after 1 year of having bt unfinity it still is not available to business customers. If i call up your very unhelpful and incompetent customer services they literally have no idea what I am talking about with regards to the 80/20 upgrade. I once did manage to get through to someone at your inept business support center that had a heard about the 80/20 facility and he offered to upgrade my line if I take out another 24 month contract and increase my monthly payment amount.

When I was a virgin customer on 20mbit one day they just upgraded me to 50mbit no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Maybe BT should get their **bleep** together.

Hi,

I do remember something about speed doubling when the 80 meg Infinity service was due to come out, but to be honest I can't recall the details.

I've sent an email to someone who in theory should know more, and I'll let you know when I get something back.
