Changing bt business account info

Hi there, I would like to change my login details for the bt business account management website. found here: https://secure.business.bt.com/account/login.htm. Its the website where you can manage and view online bills etc, and set up paper free billing and manage bt services. I set this up before I had BT Business broadband and phone package (which i signed up to last week), so it uses a totally different email address to log in (a hotmail one). I would now like to use the bt business broadband email address for this service.

I would also like to change my bt business email address the '@btconnect.com' one as its spelt wrong.

I would also like to change the user name in the profile once logged into the office 365 email address.

This was set up by our office and not therefore does nto have my name in it.

Please help....

Hi,

For help with the account login for bt.com you'll need to contact Billing on 0845 600 7020.

As far as the incorrect address is concerned you'll need to create a new one with the correct spelling through http://myoffice.bt.com, as you can't change it once it's been created.

If you want the primary user functions changed to the new username then send the details in an email to support@btbroadbandoffice.com, making sure to include the answer to your security question.
