topic Office 365 Sharepoint in Archive

I took the plunge and registered for 2 licenses on Office 365, use of Sharepoint was the clincher for me. Though the email adresses work fine access to sharepoint team site appears to be screwed up. When I connect to the tems site I'm sitting under 'BT Group plc, Team Site > Home' and cannot gain higher level access. What's more I can't access the default website to change it, can't grant access to the team site to anyone else and after extended exchanges with BT Tech Support got a message back tellinging - 1. I was using the wrong browser (really?) so Explorer is the wrong browser for Microsoft products?, and then - Sorry , we don't know anything about Sharepoint/Office 365 - can't help you.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, know of a resolution, have experience of dealing with BT support other than "we can't help you' - I even have the emails from BT telling me they can't support the service the charge for.....

I know this is hosted via microsoft but someone ought to be in a position to help at BT.

Any constructive comments most welcome.

Thanks.

Hi,

It should be possible to enable access to SharePoint - you need to ask for your case to be escalated to the Technical Ownership Unit. They are a second-line support desk and should be able to enable it for you.

Adrian
