Hi All,

I have a BT business Infinity package and a BT business mobile. At my home I have very poor reception for the mobile, but perfect for my travelling. I ordered a Signal assist box and registered with BT.

After powering on, reseting and seeing the normal cycle of lights, I get a solid blue power light. No connection to BT/Vodafone.

I have called BT support who replaced my unit and tried again. Still the same. The call is now sitting with 3rd line support and not looking like its going to move.

I have since taken a look at the suresignal troubleshooting and can see the device is working on the network, and I cna traceroute out to the vodafone servers. I have even placed the device in the DMZ to remove the firewall issues and still no connection.

Anyone had any success?
