BT Sales are painfull

I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to be able to have a email conversation with soemone at BT about broadband & web hosting prices.

But all they want to do is sign u up over the phone and dont actually care what you want. I have spoken to 2 agents and both send they would email over a proposal and no one has. Why have I bothered this long when I have propsal ready to go from other companies, only becuase we have BT lines which I would not move.

The broadband is easy I understand that but when you talk about setting up web sites and domain hosting these need a bit of consideration.
