https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/A-couple-of-questions-about-a-new-connection/m-p/51240#M7477 <P>Hi Support</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have just had ADSL activated on our line and I have a few questions regarding the connection.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>1. &nbsp;The phone line is patched directly into our Patch Panel so no RJ11 socket is avaliable, what is the best way so connect &nbsp;this, Move the Line to a BT ADSL Socket or use a RJ45 Line filter. &nbsp;We are currently using a Master Line adapter in between the Patch Panel and Filter which I think is causing an issue.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>2. &nbsp;We have 5 fixed IP's and I've having a little trouble configuring the router (Non BT) Which IP is the Gateway address from the email i've received?
