Hello Community,

I have a DVR connected locally via a LAN port (using DHCP) with associated configured Firewall rules which allows access to the DVR from the WAN IP address when using any other external internet access (i.e. from a friends WiFi connection).

The problem I am having is when I try to access the DVR via the WAN address using either a local LAN port or local WiFi (WiFi from the same BT2700HGV thats connected to the DVR) this connection fails. As a check, I can connect to the DVR via a LAN port or local WiFi if I use the DHCP assigned IP address, but not the WAN address.

Any idea's much appreciated ?

My Software is: 5.29.117.6
