Error 451 Local internet

Hi, We have just started having trouble sending emails via outlook, we can receive them but the if we send them they just sit in the outbox with Error451 message - any ideas greatfully received.

I would need a little bit more info from you.

1 is the email its self with BT ?
2 what outgoing server are you using - smtp.btconnect.com / smtp.outlook.com

3 what is the full error message

4 are you using a specialist set up ? E.g. Small business server - hosting your own exchange etc

if you can get me this information that would be great
