Would anyone here know if it is possible to change the hostname of a BT Business Hub 3? If so where would that be?

Hi Stujstu

Is that the WIFI netowork name?
do that by going into
Settings > advanced settings > wireless

there will be a setting to change this here

Hi, thanks for the reply, but that's the SSID. I want to know if I can change the hostname of the router. The name that 192.168.1.254 resolves to.

Reverse DNS seems to be possible - http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/c/1995,2003,2946,2997/a_id/8763

Don't know if you need to have the domain with them though or they can do it for all business customers. If you find out, can you post back as I'm interested in having it set up sometime in the future.

Reverse DNS is possible, you don't need to have the domain with BT - if you go to reverse DNS this explains how to get this setup
