We are moving into a new office soon, and I notice there is a BT Fibre cable coming into the comms rack.

We would like to have 2 Infinity lines installed, so does this mean we need 2 fibres?

Hi MikeM,

If you are looking to have 2 infinity broadband lines, yes you will need to have 2 lines coming into the new office, one for each line. If you would like you can send me a private message with your contact details, and address of the new office and I can get sales to contact you, to dicuss your options for the new office.

Regards

Markp

BT Business Forum Moderator

That fibre is almost certain to be incompatible with Infinity - either FTTC or FTTP.
