How do I check my usage on a day to day basis? I keep getting stung with charges and I don't want to 'upgrade' to a new two year contract.

Thanks,

Hi All,

we have not been made aware if a useage tracker will be becoming available for business users. We have asked if one can become available, but have no information as to when or even if yet.

If you need to query the usage on your Business broadband line you can email liteusage@btbroadbandoffice.com

Regards

Markp

BT Business Forum Moderator

UPDATE:

There is a workaround that can log the BTHub's actual useage but it's not a user friendly package at this time and does require some knowledge of advanced coding, specifically AJAX/ JSON and cURL (using PHP or Python). Not tried it myself yet on the latest firmware, however the theory is sound.

http://naxxfish.eu/2012/bt-homehub-3-stats-scraping/

That link doesn't work any more. Looks like the guy changed the domain he uses. It's now at:
https://naxxfish.net/blog/blog/2012/11/bt-homehub-3-stats-scraping/

I also notice he says something about it not working at the moment. I'll check it out, see if I can fix it, and report b
