    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to get my CCTV DVR in my shop to be accessed remotely via Home and Mobile Phone, but unable to get am outside connection working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried with a BT Hub &amp;amp; Netgear Router and still getting nowhere, hoping someone can point me in the right direction on if i am doing something wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to get to the CCTV DVR Web Interface via Internal LAN and responds to Pings, but nothing externally&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Using BT's Static IP Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Visage DVR with IP Address of 192.168.1.xx using ports 80, 5920 &amp;amp; 5921&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* BT Hub Router &amp;amp; Netgear Router IP is 192.168.1.254&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Both Port Forwarding or Services has Visage DVR IP Address with Eveything in Allow, even added to DMZ&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Firewall on Netgear allows everything to go through via inbound &amp;amp; outbound&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Assuming that all i need to do is enter the BT's Static IP address into the browser or Mobile Phone CCTV DVR App, with the ports and username and password, it should allow access. &amp;nbsp;BUt i am getting nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Ideas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
