BT Business Broadband & BT Sport

I have been a loyal BT customer for many years - using ISDN before the late arrival of broadband where I live. Like many other posts, I too am unlucky enough to be a residential customer paying extra for BT Buisiness broadband in order to get a reliable service for my domestic and occasional business needs.

I am besieged daily with adverts and junk mail claiming that, as a BT Broadband customer, I can get BT Sport for free.

Could someone from BT tell me how I should explain to my dissapointed family why an iconic company with "British" in their name can behave in such an 'un-British' manner by clearly failing to honour the spirit of their repeated advertising claims ?

What Bt fail to mention in the adverts is that the "free Bt sport" is not for business customers.

I was a Bt business customer but due to this being held to ransom over the sport package I have cancelled them & their phone line.

I work in I T support for businesses & am slowly moving all my clients away from Bt
