    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good question that I note nobody has answered! &amp;nbsp;I can't even get the system to allow me to set up online billing, just get the usual BT round in circles taking ages then at the end telling me I don't have an account. &amp;nbsp;Maybe if that is the case I should just stop paying???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
