https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/OneBill-Plus-is-this-another-BT-Joke/m-p/66592#M7926 <P>Hi All,</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I've recently, this week had BT infinity for business installed.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My bill asking for payment this quarter was delivered, and has been payed using fastpay. &nbsp;I tried to join this to my existing billing account, but it said that as the bill was a "one bill plus" account number I would need to go to the onebill plus pages.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>In typical BT fashion there was no link, and from what I gather it seems to be geared to large business and enterprise.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>What am I to do? - keep getting punished by paying for a paper bill which i have no means of changing?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I think this is very poor handling on BT's part - implementation without thought.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I am almost beginning to regret having this installed as I can see a lot of hassles already.
