Wi-Fi Protected Setup on the BT 2700HGV

I want to extend the range of my 2700HGV router using a wireless range extender. All seem to use "Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)" which requires I press the WPS button on my router. However i can't find a WPS button on the 2700HGV.

Can anyone tell me where i can find it?

Hi Jim,

I am afraid the 2700 does not have WPS but the wifi extenders should still work with this.

That being said have you though about homeplugs instead? These should be a lot less hassle to set up.

Homeplugs use your electrical sockets to transmit your wireless network.
