Hi malawton,

If the exchange has been upgraded, and you are still on normal ADSL, you will need to contact business sales on 0800 800 152, as you may need to resign/upgrade the account to move you onto ADSL2+.

Hope this helps

Does anyone know if it is possible to request a re-provision onto an ADSL2+ service from ADSL max?

The exchange has been uprgraded for around 2 years and still on ADSL max.

MArk

Ridiculous - why are BT holding us on ADSL Max when other people get Infinity for a little extra!

The problem for BT is that if people are forced to sign a new contract, they may just signit with someone else - e.g. Sky or TalkTalk

mark

Hi Malawton,

The reason we ask you to resign your contract is that this is a different product we can't just change the contract without your approval.

We also need to raise an order to have the broadband put on the newer product.

As for getting infinity BT has the contract to install this across the UK but we do need planning permission from local governing bodies to dig up roads etc.

This site will get you information on how your local government is handling the roll out and many of them are providing Maps showing when infinity will be available in each area, as well as the target we are set to reach

Hope this helps
