We are having problems with the interent speed in our newest shop. The internet speed is so slow that we load a page (ie. a basic google search) hit enter and can go away and make a cup of tea before the search has returned any results.

It is the same on all devices, iphones, macbooks, ipads, blackberrys, imacs, smart tvs, printers, Everything we have on the premises which is either wired or wireless has a connection which is so slow that we cannot use it. To give an example in this shop we cannot play music on spotify, stream movies on netflix or even watch a youtube video.

We have tried contacting customer support and been put on hold for anywhere up to an hour and then when we do get through its a foreign call centre (india i think) and the advisor cannot undertand us (which can be forgiven as the Glaswegian accent can hardly be understood when we phone england) or we cannot under the advisor.

If anyone could help with this it would be appreciated.
