    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a FTTP connection and have had a very intermittent service since late december, I have the exact same issues as these guys here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/FTTP-Problems-0-86Mbps-down/m-p/1169258/highlight/false#M127620"&gt;https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/FTTP-Problems-0-86Mbps-down/m-p/1169258/highlight/false#M127620&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in the MK7 area, I need to log the fault but dont have any contact details, I have tried the usual 1st line support but that it always a pointless exercise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
