DNS Issues with specific host?

I am having trouble accessing websites on the following IP address: 5.77.35.140

Trying to access pages causes a time out.

It is not the server or firewall issue - I can load the websites on my phones mobile broadband very fast, much faster than i can access it on my workplace BT broadband. I have also tried at home on a Virgin media connection and they work fine and fast.

The server (5.77.35.140) is hosted with EUKHost (or Webhosting UK - same company) a quick search brings up similar problems:

I can't even access the above eukhost.com forum links, the same problem: the page times out.

Noticing a pattern i have went in search of other websites that are associated with EUKHost, they also do not work.

Any suggestions on this one? Our website is hosted with this company so it's important we can access it at all times, and i'm reluctant to move the website as it's not them that's causing the problem.

If i change DNS servers to Google DNS it is a massive improvement.

Any suggestions with this one?

Hi,

What is the website that you have difficulty accessing?

I did DNS lookups against forums.eukhost.com (A = 213.175.192.13), www.webhosting.uk.com (CNAME for webhosting.uk.com = 87.117.236.3) and www.harlandcorp.co.uk (CNAME for harlandcorp.co.uk = 109.203.122.186) and none of them resolve to the IP address you listed.

For completeness sake, I did this using a BT broadband connection and a third-party website.
