topic Broadband Upgrade in Archive

Hi

I am a new BT customer and have taken on an 18month contract for telephone and broadband. The package is half price for 6 months, however I have already eaten up the 10gb internet useage (dont know how as its the sme amount as I had with my previous supplier). I have tried to upgrade to the £16 a month unlimited but when I get through to the final stages the box says its now £21! I can just baout take losing the half price offer but not paying £21 for broadband (not fibre optic either!) Can anyone advise please?

Hi Julie,

I'd say your best bet is to call up and speak to an advisor - they can probably get you the right deal, the website isn't as clever as a live person.

A
