Hi, Thanks for the reply, do you anyone who has achieved this? It's just so frustrating that all I want is a new piece of wire, I might hire a digger and have an accident with the wire. They offered leased line, but at £400 per month it's too much to pay for a service I should expect anyway.

Just because I live in the country, I still get mains water, 240v electricity and mains gas to heat my house, but do I get a decent broadband service, do I heck, a miserable sub-fibre service that is too slow. Of course the local estates have 300mb fibre to their houses, but us poor country folk have to make do with a crawl. Can't wait until 4G becomes cheaper and a home phone and wire connection isnt needed and the redundant copper gets nicked. Very unhappy business customer. This is all because openreach wont rplace a length of cable. Useless.

You do know that BT has virtually abandoned fibre broadband some years ago? It only deploys VDSL over existing twisted copper pair wires in mainly high-density population areas. BT has no plans of further commercial rollouts, therefore it basically ceases to be a telecom company for many small towns and rural areas.

Your best bet is to organise a campaign to get another telecom company into your area.
