Then go with another ISP, see &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.ispreview.co.uk"&gt;www.ispreview.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; foir a list of good ISPs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I personally&amp;nbsp;recommend going through the complaints link here and having your order reference number (if you have it) available,&amp;nbsp; ask to raise a mis-sale on this and do not let yourself get&amp;nbsp;transferred to sales.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Instead ask to raise a mis-sale and we will be able to find out which agent raised this and send the complaint direct to their manager who will listen to the call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
