Need help setting up Humax Freesat with Home Hub 4

I think my Humax 1000s needs some ports opening on my home hub. I've been told I need these opened

HTTP: 80

HTTP: 8080

SSL: 443

I have no idea how to set this up and any other settings I should have?

It's all gobledook to me.
