Hi Everyone, new user looking for some help.

We run a corporate network via a managed line out to our head office in Denmark which includes a company, BYOD and guest WIFI network. This network consists of 8 of Cisco Aeronet AP's distributed throughout the factory and connected via a switch to the wireless controller at head office.

In order to reduce the load on the leased line we have added a BT Buisness account (using a Business Hub3) which we want have connected to the main switch via ethernet and then set-up the network routing to direct the Guest adn BYOD SSID's via the "local" internet connection.

Initially when we configure this set-up everything seems to work ok, however after a day or so the SSIDs will stop accepting new connections and the only way to correct this is to power cycle the Business Hub 3.

Has anyone experienced similar? Is this likely a fault or a limitation of the Business Hub 3, if so can someone suggest an appropriate "industrial" replacement. Alternately is this something in my BT/Hub set-up which I have not configured

Thanks

Mark

Hi there @The_Moose

It sounds like the Hub 3 may be using DHCP and the number of connections using up most of the IP pool?

What happens if you set the DHCP to a class A range such as 10.0.0.0 with a subnet of 255.0.0.0?

Thanks
