500 Internal Server error on Ipads. New BT HUB 4 INSTALLED

i have just had my new bt hub 4, my pcs work fine on wireless connection, however both my ipad keep getting this error when i go into safari, "500 Internal Server Error", i have check the forum for a solution, but none work, can anyone from bt help please

With the Hub4, that is a home/residential hub, is it a business or residntial account you have, as this is the business forum and I am not able to advise on the hub 4.

If go to this fourm you can ask the home/residentilal team about your issue with the Hub4.
