What was meant to be an easy fix is turning into a nightmare - we've noticed that upstream on a very early-days Business Infinity connection is capped at 2MB. One BT agent spotted it on the system when we queried and said it was a simple case of speaking to the options team and regrading to a new product to clear it. (Distance to cabinet is nothing and near full speeds available on dslchecker).

Ironically paying for Advance support 2 (oe whatever its called). Longwinded silly phonecalls and engineer no-shows and still no further on. Can't be rocket science?

Any mods able to help?

Cheers

Still getting nowhere on the phone with Bt Business - was really hoping a sensible interaction could happen here instead 😞

It really does look like old product option attached to the account (was there a 2MB upstream in the early fibre days?).

Any help greatly appreciated....

Thanks
