    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir or Madam:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desperately in need of a human point of contact that can assist with an ADSL installation that been cancelled, rescheduled, and two installation appointments missed. &amp;nbsp;We have the equipment onsite. &amp;nbsp;There seems to be some confusion with the order status and I need to get an escalation manager to assist me. &amp;nbsp;My in country contact has stated that he can not reach someone to escalate this matter which has become highly critical.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone provide me a means as to how I can escalate an order installation and I'll be glad to provide the order information and what has been happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very respectfully,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Matt&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
