    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a BT Business Hub 5 and Infinity package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My connection during the working week in the day is usually around:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;27.95MB/s down, 4.63Mb/s up and a ping of around 20ms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Often in the evenings and on weekends the speed drops to around:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.5MB/s down, 4.5Mb/s up and a ping of anywhere between&amp;nbsp;20ms and 60ms&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called up BT Business suport and raised a ticket to only have an email the next day stating your issue has been resolved, however it has not been resolved. Obviously they done a test in a week day during the&amp;nbsp;day when it is usually fine and not in the evening or on the weekend.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Basically my old 8Mb package from BT was often faster in&amp;nbsp;the evenings and on weekends, with a typical connection of:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.5 to 5Mbps down and a 0.35Mbs up, ping times were between&amp;nbsp;20ms and 120ms)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This translates to if I was on my old 8Mb package from BT I could download at around 720Kbs max during the evenings and weekends instead of 160Kbs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone actually got BT to solve this?
