Hi all

I started with the consumer version of Fibre, but upgraded to the Business edition about 2 years later.

One problem which seems to crop up regularly, is the speed I can download/upload gets slower over time, usually over the course of a week, rebooting the hub, restores normal speeds, only for it to taper off again

I notice it's gotten worse in the last month, as now it's a matter of days, before it goes from around 75mpbs, to 20mbps.

Speedtest.net will show a consistent speed of around 70-78mpbs, then when I notice things slowing down, it'll only show a very erratic figure of between 18-25mbps.

It doesn't seem to be a hub problem, as it does it with both the home hub 5 consumer and HH5 business version.

Any thoughts?

Its a difficult one too be honest and probably worth a call into the Helpdesk, as with slow speeds generally the Dynamic Line profile will set the Speed your ADSL service gets a reboot of the Equipment won't increase the profile you get,

It's not ADSL though, it's the Business Fibre (Premium) service

Sorry typo, :-), the Principle around the DLM profile is as far as i can tell the same with the two , One can just set a higher Profile then the other
