Ie duplicate billing? Being billed for fibre broad band when you have adsl? Having your fibre broadband switched off and ADSL put in its place when you changed billing bank accounts? I have complained by the online complaints form four times now and no one has solved my problems. Are BT a company which actually doesn't give a monkeys about small business, How can I escalate complaints higher??
