Websites not loading at all

Hi All

I have been tasked with sorting an issue with our internet. All of our office pcs are affected pretty much in the same way, the internet browsers won't load certain websites, the following has been tried and tested:

Different browsers

Removed antivirus settings

Different PC's

Accessing these sites through mobile devices (via wifi)

All the equipment appears to be operation as expected

Non of the above improved the results.

This is becoming a pain and a hassle and it leads me to believe it to be something to do with the provider BT.

Can anyone suggest anything to try in order to sort this? I will also be approaching BT directly for answers.

The odd thing is on one occasion I was unable to access ebay.co.uk but when i went through google searched ebay, and clicked ebay motors i was able to get on - no problem since then for ebay.co.uk

Any help would be much appreciated
