Hi all,

We're already on our second Business Hub 5 in two months. It doesn't seem to be up to the job of looking after thirty-odd devices (wired and wireless) and most of the time I can't even log into it. Both units have had the same issues.

I've just invested in a Billion BiPAC 8800NL router which I can get connected to Infinity straight out of the box with no username or password. The problem is that we have a business account with a static IP address. I get a dynamic IP address with the default settings.

I've tried our ****@hg40.btclick.com user name but then it doesn't connect to Infinity at all. I know residential connections use the bthomehub@btbroadband.com username. Is there an equivalent for business connections?

Thanks in advance.
