    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my suggestion would be to try another router, if that has the same issue then the issue is with another Radio Signal Interfering with the WiFi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that is also the reason that a request is made to change the Channel as the channels go throgh different Signals,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plumly&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Business Hub 5 dropping wifi........</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We've got a new Business Hub 5 and all our wifi connections keep dropping, making it very difficult for us to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems to be the same on PC's, laptops, phones - windows 7, 8.1, 10, android, etc!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoken to someone on online chat a while back and they just said the usual - reset the router, try some different channels, give it some time to stabilize, blah blah...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A month on, I've tried everything and still get the same problems!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had/having problems with these Hubs, or got any suggestions???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to make contact again through online chat but am still 13 in the queue......... wifi normally drops before or just after I get to someone!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Along with the other BT issues I've been having, this whole service seems pretty worthless so far!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
