    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-heading lia-component-message-header"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-row lia-quilt-row-standard"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column lia-quilt-column-20 lia-quilt-column-left"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column-alley lia-quilt-column-alley-left"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject"&gt;Unable to place and order due to system failure/3rd order 1 month later and still stuc, please help.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column lia-quilt-column-04 lia-quilt-column-right"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column-alley lia-quilt-column-alley-right"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-options"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-menu-navigation-wrapper lia-menu-action message-menu"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-menu-navigation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="dropdown-default-item"&gt;&lt;A title="Show option menu" href="https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Infinity-Speed-Connection/Unable-to-place-and-order-due-to-system-failure-3rd-order-1/td-p/1527970" target="_blank"&gt;Options&lt;/A&gt;&lt;DIV class="dropdown-positioning"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P class="lia-message-dates lia-message-post-date lia-component-post-date-last-edited"&gt;on &lt;SPAN class="DateTime lia-message-posted-on lia-component-common-widget-date"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="local-date"&gt;‎28-08-2015&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class="local-time"&gt;16h51&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a happy BT Bussiness BroadBand user for many years and when the opportunity to upgrade to BT Affinity came along I was delighted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However after counntless phones calls and messages the 3 orders that are placed have all got as I am told stuck in the system and no process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The orders have been escalalted to the Escalaltions Team and still there is no movemnt over 1 month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am running out of patience and ways to gain action I feel as if I have heard every excuse under the sun.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I know is the escalaltion team have recently resolved the issue and the order should be fine, the sales rep places the order and the system says their is a billing issue I then refer to billing and they say no issue and tell the Sales rep to continue who then tries gives up and after rings 4 times they just hang up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have too many names to list and dates/times for conversations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me who I need to speak to or how to get hold of the back office to get the issue resolved and move forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stuart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
