    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a terrible day dealing with BT Business. &amp;nbsp;My company originally had a BT Residential Broadband service. &amp;nbsp;After speaking with BT we were advised to move to BT Business as we would get better support and potentially a faster broadband service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to this BT Business Sales&amp;nbsp;man who promised me that we would have no drop in service. &amp;nbsp;I made him say on the call, as it was recorded, "I promise that your service will not be interrupted". &amp;nbsp;Guess what, broadband got cut off today. &amp;nbsp;On contacting BT this morning they have advised me that it should be back by midnight tomorrow!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at a loss. &amp;nbsp;I have spent 3 hours today trying to get this resolved and nobody at BT cares that 1. we have been missold. 2. that our service which we rely upon is down. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to a&amp;nbsp;Sharak Azan (Supervisor) who promised me he would ring back by 12:00 today. &amp;nbsp;No phone call. &amp;nbsp;I have now raised two complaints - no response. &amp;nbsp;When I ring BT I have to go through the entire process again of explaining what has happened. &amp;nbsp;At one point they very helpfully put me through to the Sales Team to try and resolve my problem!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sorry, but this experience underlines everything what is wrong with BT - they do not care, they cannot respond and there is no accountability!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far I have complaint numbers:&amp;nbsp;1280358, 150915-000728.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
