&lt;P&gt;The details you have posted up, it looks like you have a home broadband connection and not a business connection if you are using as Home Hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if it is a home conneciton you can get suport via their &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/help/home/" target="_self"&gt;website&lt;/A&gt; or you can post on their &lt;A href="http://community.bt.com/" target="_self"&gt;forum &lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I was trying to get into streaming some gaming and aplications using OBS on picarto and twitch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However whilst the audio is fine on my stream the video and image lags and stutters very very badly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried contacting BT but they only deal with download problems.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did a BT Engineer connect you to Infinity? We've just been upgraded to BT Infinity and to take full advantage of it I believe you need the BT Home Hub 5. We used to have a 3 but the engineer said it wouldn't work with Infinity so we now have a Hub5 dual band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
