    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like openreach have the wrong details, only way to get openreach to check the whole thing is by something called an ORDI request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sales should be able to mail the ORDI team to do this for you.&amp;nbsp; If not call order managment and request it.&amp;nbsp; If they don't know what you are talking about then escalate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>3 times our order has been taken then  rejected  without explanation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;we are attempting to get a broadband service to our &amp;nbsp;new office premises order taken completion date given modem delivered, etc etc &amp;nbsp;then nothing,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when we contact BT they say the order has been cancelled because the address does not match their &amp;nbsp;data base,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;we need to reorder so again we reorder making sure the address etc is correct, and wait another 10 days,----&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND NOTHING......... &amp;nbsp;so we contact BT again , .....aagain apologies and promises and another reorder, ......10 days later and another modem and still no service, and we contact BT again, and again its cancelled &amp;nbsp;without explanation or contact........ promises of expidition and special treatment, so we reorder again......... and again rejected and cancelled without explanation,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;were still without broadband, our &amp;nbsp;premises are not new they have been in exsistance for over 150 years&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
